About our student classical guitars
At London Guitar Studio we cater to everyone who has a passion for classical guitars, whether they are at the very start of their playing journey or happen to be seasoned guitarists. This collection of student classical guitars, featuring some semi-professional guitars too, has plenty enticing models for you to explore, no matter how many lessons you have had, what level you play, or what your budget is. Browse through the range and you should be able to pick out the ideal student classical guitar for your needs.
What size is best?
Our student classical guitars come in many different size options. You'll find student models here from as small as half-size all the way up to full size.
If you are purchasing an instrument for a child aged 5-8 years old who is learning guitar, then a half-size guitar would generally be a good fit. This assumes that the child in question is around 100-125cm in height.
For children between the ages of 8 and 12 years old, the 3/4 size would, in most circumstances, be the best choice. This classical guitar size generally works best for the 125-165cm height range.
Finally then, for those above 165cm in height, or generally around 12 years old and up, the player will tend to be ready to use a full-sized classical guitar.
Starter guitars
Amongst our collection is a range of starter guitars that would be the perfect place for any little ones who are just embarking on their musical journey. These are high quality in both construction and finish, so they stand up to continued practice and use whilst not losing their quality. These guitars are made in such a way that a beginner will be able to achieve a beautiful tone out of the instrument with ease and at the same time, they are very budget-friendly, so offer good value.
Student guitars for intermediate players
As well as guitars for beginners, we also have an excellent range of intermediate classical guitars. These instruments would be an ideal choice for those who play regularly and want a quality classical guitar, but don't need a more valuable professional level model just yet. With beautiful clarity and projection, and an authentic sweetness of tone, these guitars will provide hours and hours of pure musical fulfilment. Considering their stunningly intricate craft and their longevity, they are also available at very reasonable prices.
