The Yulong Guo Classical Concert Guitar Cedar Top is a world-class concert guitar made by the acclaimed Chinese luthier Yulong Guo. The top of this concert guitar is made from cedar wood, whilst the back and sides are made up of solid santos rosewood. This guitar has a mahogany neck, an ebony fretboard, armrest, and a 20th fret. The fretboard is elevated for easier access above the 12th fret. The soundboard is formed of compositional double-top lattice braced design. The middle core between the inner and outer top is composed of Nomex. This guitar double layered arched braceless back for greater strength, volume and projection. The scale length of this guitar is 650mm, the width at the nut is 52mm and the width at the 12th fret is 62mm. Yulong Guo's interest in the guitars stemmed when he was a performer, acheiving a very high standard as his award winning career indicates. His interest diverted to making guitars himself, this is not uncommon as in the case of world famous artists such as Sergio Abreu and Arcangel Fernandez.
Today, Yulong Guo is probably the best known chinese luthier outside China. A pioneer in many designs, resulting in one of today's most outstanding guitars, praised by the greatest concert guitarists including David Russel. Delivery charges within the UK
Low-cost Delivery
For the UK Mainland there is a charge of £1.95 for small parcels, £4.95 for medium parcels such as Ukuleles and £9.95 for all guitars/hard cases, as we use a courier for their delivery. Delivery charges are automatically applied to the basket at checkout.
Delivery charges outside the UK
If not in the UK please use our secure checkout which will calculate delivery charges to your location automatically. Orders received from the channel islands are free of VAT.
Returns
If you are not entirely happy with your goods you may return them for a refund or exchange by notifying us within seven days of delivery. This does not apply to overseas deliveries.
