This Guitar has been lovingly looked after and is two years old and looks brand new.  The Lady who owned it upgraded to the Burguet ABF Blanca Guitar. I cannot emphasize enough the perfect condition this guitar is in and for the price it's an amzing bargain for someone who loves Flamenco!
